The objective of this feasibility study is to study the opportunity of doing furniture business in Thailand which has a good growth rate for many years through the use of E-commerce. Currently, internet user growth rate of Thailand is rise rapidly and more consumer purchase products online. It appears that E-commerce could increase marketing channel between furniture manufacturer and end consumer. This feasibility study is created based on primary data that collect from 169 consumers and 9 furniture manufacturers. The questionnaires are about consumer and manufacturer behavior and attitude toward online furniture business. The result of the survey is used to create business model and strategy to serve consumers and furniture manufacturers’ needs. Moreover, it shows the expected return of this business to be guidance for interesting business people.
