The objective of this special project is to study management system for exellent company follow TQA (Thailand Quality Award) Criteria. Using ABC company to be case study, the study method is to interview company’s management staff and survey form to employee to assess and find out strength and opportunity for improvement. The result by each management category 1.Leadership: Company’s strengths are Vision & Mission deployment, Governance and Societal Responsibilities. But the company should improve in creating good working environment and internal control system. 2. Strategic Planning: Company strengths are Strategy development that complies with company’s core competencies and action plan deployment. But they should strengthen implementation and resource allocation. 3. Customer Focus: Company strongly considers importance of customer and creates good listening system but they can improve more about product design and quick action to customer complaints. 4. Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management: Good system in KPI setting and Continuous Improvement environment but should improve in knowledge management and analysis skill development. 5. Workforce Focus: Stengths are performance and competency management, and creating safety working condition. But they should improve about workforce capability management, engagement and measuring effectiveness of people development system 6. Operations Focus: Good system on work system design considering to customer and competencies. But company should improve in Cost of Quality Measuring and Resource support. 7. Results: Strength in Customer-Focused, Financial and Market Outcomes but do not have measuring in Emergency preparedness and effectiveness on human resource development.
