The objective of this project is to study the feasibility of opening the fresh milk and bakery business at Suthisarn. This study includes external analysis , internal analysis and surveying of demand of target market by using questionnaires to study feasibility of this project in three perspectives – Marketing, Operation and Financial. For marketing aspect, the project is feasible because of continuously high growth rate of population at Suthisarn area ,high growth rate of the market of Fresh milk and Bakery Business and small number of competitors that have the same attribute. For operation aspect, the project is feasible because capable in terms of labors, operation equipment, operation method , place and source of Bakery and Fresh milk from supplier with standard certifications that assures the safety and quality of the product. For financial aspect, the project is feasible with the rate of return of 62%, which is higher than the opportunity cost of capital, net present value is 752,111 Baht, profitability Index is 2.82 and payback period is 1 year and 11 months. Therefore, this project is interesting to invest.
