โครงการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในโครงการพัฒนาที่ดินมูลนิธิชัยพัฒนา อำเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี / ศิริพร สุวรรณทัต = Feasibility study for land development in Nonthaburi Province – The Chaipattana Foundation / Siriporn Suwannathat
After receiving the donated land for 19 Rai or 30,400 Square Meters in Nonthaburi Province, the Chaipattana Foundation has intended to develop such land to be a learning and training center where visitors nearby can study “Sufficient economy” ideas and concepts. These will also allow people who live in the neighborhood to learn about practical agricultural techniques. Moreover, the participants will have an opportunity to travel and experience local lifestyle at the same time. As the trend towards sufficient economy among the city people and the government support to put the concept into practice has been increasing, the opportunity to develop this learning and training center is becoming more realistic. For instance, there is a sufficiency economy concept designated in the 11th national economic and social development plan for the years 2012 – 2016. In order to response to such interest and act on his majesty the king’s concept, we have studied all relevant factors effecting the project’s operation and done the feasibility studies in marketing, operational, and financial aspects. However, no matter what the feasibility analysis results or how much the return on investment would be, the project is still worth to invest as it widely benefit most people in the country.
