The main objective of this independent study is to study the feasibility of second hand mom and kid product website. The website gains revenue from selling second hand mom and kid product. Also the website provides other related services such as information, news, and activities for mom and kid as well as webboard for discussing and sharing experiences. The research was done from gathering primary data by surveying an attitude, customer behavior including other factors that could impact customer decision for buying product via e-commerce. Also, secondary data was collected from articles, journals, Internet, and competitor‘s website. The researcher summarized the literature reviews, analyzed external and internal environment, competitor analysis, customer analysis as well as other related factors. The result from the research was used to assess the marketing, operation, and financial possibility to open second hand mom and kid product website. The research reveals that there is a possibility to open website by using initial investment 1 million baht from equity. The net present value is 349,993 baht and internal rate of return is 41.35% with approximately payback period 1 year and 5 months.
