The main objective of this project is to create a business plan for “Tripsiri.com”, tourism Website by studying consumers’ attitudes and perceptions in order to develop a website which can meet their expectations. Furthermore, business plan includes an analysis of tourism business environment, e-commerce, competitors as well as the company’s internal factors. The result of this research shows that most customers usually plan a trip by searching information and making reservations in advance through the internet. Major factors that affect their decision makings are Price, Reliability of information and Word of Mouth. Tripsiri.com, therefore, aims to provide ‘one stop service’ that integrates all those factors to serve the customers and to differentiate its services and products from the other existing websites. In order to achieve company’s objectives, Tripsiri.com has to design business plan that can cover the developed website in management plan as scheduled, capable staffs to manage the website and at least 15% return in financial plan. In term of marketing, the company adopts the marketing mix, customer relationship management and customer experience management as the key strategies for the growth of service revenue, high brand awareness and customer loyalty which will consequently result in achieving financial targets.
