The business plan of software house has an objective to study the basics of software development and business environment, both inside and outside and also to strategic business development, direction of the organization, corporate strategy, business unit strategy and functional strategy including planning, assessment and control strategies that can be placed. The methodology of this study project are studying secondary data, collecting primary data, assessing competitors, analyzing customer needs with the various indicators. The study found that the market growth and the attractiveness of the industry are at a high level. Due to people nowadays use computers and other electronic equipment both in their work and in everyday life especially the internet to communication and transfer information data. The company @ SOFT Solutions has a strategy to be able to compete with competitors. The company invests 1,000,000 Baht from long debt 5 years 500,000 Baht and owner equity 500,000 Baht. We analyze operation, marketing and finance with indicators which are Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback period. The NPV is 3,462,957.89 Baht at a discounted rate of 10% and the IRR is 89.13% and Payback period within 2 years. As this result it means we have a good financial and management.
