This Independent Study mainly aims to analyze the feasibility in term of developing In-depth Traveling Information Service Website which has primary target group as travelers who are searching traveling information on the internet, plan to travel in short term, use GPS for traveling and usually begin traveling at nature place. Moreover, the secondary group is travelers who are usually searching traveling information on the internet. The Independent Study was separated into 3 sections which are the marketing feasibility’s study, the technical and management feasibility’s study and the financial feasibility’s study. According to the marketing feasibility’s study result, both target groups remain continuously expanding while there are a few appropriate websites be able to serve their needs. From the result of technical and management feasibility’s study, there are available infrastructures and technology for operating. In addition, the operating process and target objective can be planed concordantly. The last section, the financial feasibility’s study, the assumption of this section is using 900,000 Bath from owners and project’s life time is 5 years. The financial return rate shows the calculated payback period is 2 years and 4 months, while the Net Present Value (NPV) is 3.12 million Bath and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 73.25% which is 58.49% more than Weighted Average Cost Of Capital (WACC). As a result, the feasibility’s study shows this project is valuable for investment.
