Thus this independence study aims to write the business plan for establishing healthy restaurant “Healthy CuiZine” in order to serve the increasing need of consumers. From the market study, it found that competitive level of restaurant business is high and there are many competitors in this business, but in healthy food restaurant which provides quality in all production processes, differentiate by focusing on safety, non-toxic from raw material and from all procedures still have low competition. Therefore, it is an opportunity for healthy restaurant segment. And as ongoing health conscious trend, new comers can compete in this current market. In terms of technical and operational aspects, Healthy CuiZine is a healthy restaurant which has efficient production process and management such as raw materials procurement, production procedure, quality control and services. Moreover, there is integrated marketing communication to target customers for creating brand “Healthy CuiZine” in their hearts.
