The objective of this study is to test the feasibility of BOZO Korean Shabu in The Scene, Town in Town area. Due to the popularity of Korean culture in the present day, people consume more Korean food. In addition, we also see the business opportunities thanks to the fact that the trend of eating buffet is becoming very popular and there is no major operator in this business resulting in less competitive market. The study is divided into three areas; marketing, operation and finance. From the marketing study, it is highly feasible because there is no real existing competitor in Korean Shabu. The current operators in Shabu business are Japanese Shabu not Korean Shabu. From operational aspect, the establishment of BOZO Korean Shabu in The Scene, Town in Town is very convenient. The financial study shows that the project, which requires an investment of Baht 7,150,000, will yield an internal rate of return of 82.87%, and the net present value of Baht 26,885,192 at the discounted rate of 10.10%, with a payback period of 2.25 years.
