Recently the single-dish food market has been emerging along with the growing health concern, which arouses the researcher’s interest in the feasibility of an investment on the healthy single-dish business in an office area of Chatuchak district in order to turn the idea into the real business. The raw data was derived from 137 samples , working in the SoiCheipuang, Chatuchak . The result reveals that 77.8% of the samples were interested in healthy food, where the top 3 most concerned aspects are weight (16.1%), body shape (12.3%), and excretory system (10.1%). From the marketing standpoint, data can be interpreted to market’s needs as the followings: The freshness and the taste of the food must be required.,The price should be in line with the quality., The distribution channel must be clean, easily accessed and convenient, variation of menus in various occasional events is a plus from the promotion point of view.,Waiting time is a key issue and take-away and delivery services are preferred. The feasibility study shows that there is a potential market for single healthy, serving the customers’ needs on better health. A potential operation for the project was right and fast from five employees. The investment is 1,085,963 BTH. Under 5 years of project lifetime, the project had internal rate of return of 53.65%. The net present value is 783,106 BTH at 17.84% discount rate and the breakeven time is 1 year and 7 months.
