The objective of this survey research was to study on … This study analyzed the demographic factors, tourist behaviors and tourism motivations in Japan and also to break down the relationships between these factors. Data was collected by questionnaires. The sampling was 300 questionnaires. This research finding was present in descriptive statistics. Pearson Chi-square, Independent t-test and One-Way ANOVA for relationship of demographic factors, tourist behavior and tourism motivation in Japan The results of this research were as follow. The most tourism motivation in Japan was the beauty of the nature and also Japan has several tourist attractions. All type of tourists placed importance on these tourism motivations as equal. The demographic factors had relationships on tourist behaviors and tourism motivations in Japan in many ways. The marketing can use this result of research for targeting their customer.
