The objective of this special project is to study the factors that affect employee engagement in Thai Red Cross. This project evaluates 4 engagement factors as well as personal factors of 336 employees by using questionnaire to collect data and using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software to analyze data. The result of this study shows that employee’s educational level, number of years working with Thai Red Cross, job position, and place of work have an effect in employee engagement. This study is used 4 engagement factors: Basic Need factor, Individual Contribution factor, Teamwork factor, and Growth factor which affect job satisfaction. The result of this study also found that all of these engagement factors affect employee engagement in Thai Red Cross.
