แผนธุรกิจโรงไฟฟ้าชีวมวลขนาดเล็กมาก (VSPP) ขนาด 200 kW ระบบ Gasifier (Business plan of Biomass Power Plant for Very Small Power Producer 200 kW with Gasifier system) มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อศึกษาวัตถุดิบชีวมวลแต่ละชนิด และจัดทำแผนการผลิตและจำหน่ายไฟฟ้าซึ่งจะใช้เป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินกลยุทธ์ในส่วนต่างๆ เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดในการดำเนินงานและให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค โดยการวิเคราะห์และประมวลผลเพื่อจัดทำแผนธุรกิจนี้พบว่าแกลบเป็นเชื่อเพลิงชีวมวลที่เหมาะสมสำหรับระบบ Gasifier เนื่องจากระบบนี้ต้องใช้วัตถุดิบที่มีขนาดเล็กสำหรับการผลิตกระแสไฟฟ้า แต่อย่างไรก็ตามฟางข้าวก็เป็นวัตถุดิบที่มีศักยภาพในการใช้ผลิตกระแสไฟฟ้าเช่นกัน แต่ต้องทำการวิจัยเพิ่มเติม นอกจากนั้นยังมีการศึกษาถึงสถานการณ์วัตถุดิบพลังงานชีวมวลในประเทศไทยเพื่อการบริหารจัดการวัตถุดิบชีวมวล การทำแผนมวลชนสัมพันธ์เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจกับชุมชน จากการวิเคราะห์และประมวลผลทางด้านการเงินพบว่าโครงการนี้ใช้เงินลงทุนเป็นจำนวนเงินทั้งสิ้น 17,350,000 บาท เป็นส่วนของเจ้าของทั้งหมด โดยผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุน (IRR) เท่ากับ 9.11% โดยมีมูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ 11,650,875.87บาท ในปีที่ 20 และระยะเวลาคืนทุนของโครงการ 11 ปี
The main objective of the Business plan of Biomass Power Plant for Very Small Power Producer (VSPP) 200 kW with Gasifier system is to study each kind of biomass raw material and formulate plan for producing and selling electricity to Provincial electricity authority According to the study of biomass raw material found that rice husk is suitable for Gasifier system due to its small size however rice straw has potential for producing electricity as well but need to conduct more research and development and in order to form this business plan the study also covering biomass raw material situation in Thailand that will use as a way to manage biomass raw material and create community relation for making understand with community. According to the financial analysis, a total amount of capital investment is 17,350,000 baht which came from the project owner alone. The internal rate of return (IRR) is 9.11%, the net present value (NPV) is 11,650,875.87 at year 20 and the 11 year payback period.
