การวิเคราะห์คุณภาพงานวิจัยเพื่อเลื่อนวิทยฐานะของครูระดับชำนาญการพิเศษ / ปัทมา จันทร์แก้ว = An analysis of the quality of teacher research for academic rank promotion of senior professional teachers
The purposes of this research were 1) to analyze research characteristics of teacher research for rank promotion of teacher senior professional 2) to compare quality of teacher research for rank promotion of teacher senior professional and 3) to analyze correlation between research quality and criterion of rank promotion of teacher senior professional. The 120 teacher research studies for rank promotion of teacher senior professional were subjects of this study. The research instruments were the research characteristics coding form and the research quality evaluative form. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, t-test, point biserial correlation coefficient, cross tabulation analyses and chi-square tests. The results of the study were as follows : 1. The research studies that passed criteria of rank promotion of teacher senior professional in teacher background were mostly conducted by the female teachers who earned a master’s degree. In terms of the content, most of the studies were from the fields of mathematics and arts, at the Prathomsuksa 1, 3, 4 and 5, there studies focused on reading and listening. In terms of research methodology, most of the hypotheses were direction, at employing purposive sampling, and innovations in computer assisted instruction, the research instruments were questionnaires, and the findings were presented in tables. The teacher research studies that did not pass criteria of rank promotion of teacher senior professional in teacher background were mostly conducted by male teachers who earned a bachelor’s degree. In terms of the content, most of the studies were from the fields of thai languages and physical education, at the Prathomsuksa 6. In terms of research methodology, most of the hypotheses were not direction, at employing study population, and innovations in instructional materials and exercises, research instrument used was observation. 2. Quality of teacher research studies which passed criterion rank promotion of teacher senior professional classified by research quality overall, statement of the problem, review of related literature and conceptual framework, research method, conclusions discussion and recommendation and research presentaion had higher quality than the teacher research studies which did not pass criterion rank promotion of teacher senior professional at .05 level of statistical significance. 3. Quality of teacher research and criterion of rank promotion of teacher senior professional were positively correlated at .05 level of statistical significance. The correlation coefficient were 0.98.
