The objective of this thesis is to gain better understanding of how the main residence developer in Thailand selecting the RCBO. What factors that influence their buying decision? However, the scope of this study is limited to the main residence developer who’ office located in Bangkok only. This thesis attempts to describe and explore the evaluation methods as well as both internal and external factors that might influence the evaluation method in selecting RCBO. To achieve our objective, the structured questionnaire is best suit for the survey, to gain a better understanding and use the result to incorporate in generating an effective marketing plan. According to the research’ result of both internal and external factors that influences our target audience the most is quality of product, the certified international standard product, easy to install as well as the reasonable price are all the factors that influence their decision. From the research, also found that the most important means in transferring information is through sales person. In order to develop an effective marketing plan and strategy of RCBO, sales person is the key in transferring information. Sales person is a great venue promote about products quality by the certificate, friendly user and suitable price.
