The objective of the marketing plan is to facilitate XYZ Co., Ltd to create CMMI Consultancy Service as its new product line to leverage the company revenues as well as encourage the market awareness about the company’s CMMI expertize. The company will firstly target on providing the service to its existing customers and using online advertising channel to acquire new customers.
