This independent study has been set up for propose of studying the feasibility of the investment in shabu shabu buffet restaurant at the Wat Hua Lamphong (Sam Yan). There are three aspects in this study: marketing, operation and finance. The marketing feasibility shows that Thai economy continues to grow steadily and consumers have more purchasing power. In this project location is crowded from office people (more than 20 offices) and near by Chulalongkorn University. In additional, Japanese restaurant has remained consistently popular in new generation people and they also concern in healthy food but still want be sociable. The business owners are responding to this demand by opening shabu shabu buffet restaurant. This restaurant is focused on quality of food, taste, a variety of foods and service quality to meet the customer needs. In studying the feasibility of operation, the business owner must be able to manage a store, customer service and personnel management to work effectively. In the aspect of financial feasibility the project requires an initial investment of about 2.5 million and in the normal case when a project life of 5 years to provide a return on investment is 97.78 percentages. The net present value is about 6.5 million and a payback period is 1.23 years. Regarding to the result of study in all three aspects, found that this project is worth for investment.
