This is a survey research that has main objectives to (1) report the user's profile of internet-mediated financial transactions, (2) analyze user's behavior of internet-mediated financial transactions, and (3) analyze factors influencing the number of internet-mediated financial transactions. The approaches of this research are descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The analysis indicated that Internet Banking users are nearly equal in male and female. Mostly users are 30 years of age, single, educated in Master degree, and working in private firm with 30,000 - 40,000 bath per month salary. The most frequently - used service is account balance checking with 4 times per month at 12.00 - 17.00 p.m. in working day. They are clients of bank approximately 2 - 5 years and most of them have saving accounts. Mostly users have good opinion with service factor, channel of service factor, and security factor, meanwhile they have only fair opinion with service fee factor.
