Wongnai Media Limited Company creates a website called “wongnai.com” which provides restaurant information and user reviews in Thailand since 2010. The company also offers mobile applications for both iOS and Android so that users can quickly find useful information of nearby restaurants. Although wongnai.com is quite popular, its number of users now is quite small comparing to the market leader. This project aims to create a strategic marketing plan for wongnai.com in 2013. The objective is to double the number of members and users by the end of December. The company still uses differentiation strategy by introducing new features such as responsive web, online forum, review score, etc. Various channels such as search engine and facebook fan page will be used. Integrated marketing communication strategy focusing on public relation is mainly used via social media. Total marketing buget is 3.2 million Baht with an expected profit ratio of 10.6% in 2014.
