The objective of this study is to develop marketing plan for postpaid mobile operating services of Truemove by identifying target market, competitor analysis, internal analysis and external analysis to explore the opportunities to expand their competitive advantages and profitability growths. Thai customers of postpaid mobile services have multiple purposes in using mobile services. They require high quality and service of real-time communication. Meanwhile, the increase of smartphone and tablet growth is the good opportunity to develop mobile services to fulfill the real need of mobile’s customers. Furthermore, the insight analysis of customers’ behavior and demand is the key strategy to effectively develop a marketing plan to achieve the market goals. The Truemove marketing plan for postpaid key strength will be using the properly pricing and nationwide coverage with high-speed internet as selling points. Moreover, this study will propose the integrated marketing communication to develop brand awareness and increase in brand loyalty to enhance the company’s competitive advantages.
