กรณีศึกษา: ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์การ ความผูกพันต่อองค์การ รวมถึงปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความคิดไม่ลาออกจากงานของพนักงานโรงแรมแห่งหนึ่ง ในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา / สินีนาฏ ณ พัทลุง = Case study: Study of factors related with organizational engagement and the factors for employees’ decision to leave the hotel in Nakhon Ratchasima / Sineenat Na Phatthalung
The special project is to study the factors related with organizational engagement and the factors for employees’ decision to leave the hotel. The study is a survey research using questionnaires as a tool to find the level of consciousness on the various factors that affect the level of organizational commitment and factors for employees’ decision to leave the hotel in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The data has been analyzed by statistical methodology. The result of the survey found there are 5 factors that have positive relationship with level of organizational engagement are growth and development, job satisfaction, salary and welfare, good relationship between colleagues and working environment respectively. Moreover, it was found that intention to stay in the organization positively relates to salary and welfare, job satisfaction, and growth and development respectively that correlated positive with the idea not to leave from hotel.
