The goal is to expand the market in terms of both customers and corporate revenue as well as to lay the guideline for long-term operation in a presence of increasing competition. While secondary data is collected from books, articles, journals, website and statistical reports from involved institutes. From the result of data analysis, market segmentation can be divided into three business groups; real estate, shopping center and hospital. The company primary target market is high-end business organization and secondary target market is middle business organization in those three business groups. This special project is focused on creating strategic marketing plan using marketing mix strategy for services. As a conclusion, for product strategy, the company should establish a research and development team and also introduce product line extension in order to expand customer base to a secondary target market. Premium pricing and noncumulative quantity discount is recommended as a pricing strategy. For people strategy, the company will provide training programs continuously to improve capability of staffs. And for process strategy, outsourcing is suggested to reduce operating time and cost of human resources management. Furthermore, to building brand awareness, the new logo of Interactive Touchscreen Application will be communicated throughout the product itself and also employees in order to be known and to become recognized brand in the target market.
