This study focuses on analyzing business environment that has an influence on opportunity and trend toward the growth of business including strength and weakness for strategic planning covering the marketing, operation, the human resource management, R&D, the finance and contingency plan The study‘s methodology has gathered the secondary data form reliable source of both government and private sectors. As for the questionnaire, it is created and aimed at conducting a survey of 100 Central plaza‘s customers insight. This study is found that the market value of food and beverage has continuously enlarging. In addition, customers in Crepe Family group have a strong purchasing power and are aware of product quality and high brand loyalty in regardless of whether the product price is high
Crepe Café implements the following 3 business growth strategies: Market Penetration to increase re-buy rate with marketing promotion, New Product Development and New Market Development. The capital cost is required 600,000 Baht from a single owner and the result of financial model shows that payback period is within 1 year, 4 months and 93% IRR with net present value at 6,243,034 Baht. Therefore, it can be concluded that this project is profitable and worthwhile for investment
