ปัจจัยและความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองในการเลือกโรงเรียนรูปแบบทางเลือก สำหรับเด็กชั้นปฐมวัย ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร / นันทรัตน์ ชัยชาญวัฒนากุล = The factors and satisfaction of parents in selecting the alternative kindergarten in Bangkok / Nuntharat Chaichanwattanakul
The main objectives of this research are to determine perception of the alternative educational approach among the parents whose their children are in or are entering the pre-school level in Bangkok Metropolitan area (“Focus Group”); to measure satisfaction of parents towards the alternative system; to understand critical factors driving a decision of schooling approach; and to comprehend supporting factors which could improve the better understanding of existing alternative educational approach in broader group. The result of this study; which is conducted over 444 samples (by means of questionnaires) and is processed and analyzed by SPSS program, indicates that
1.More than 80% of the Focus Group recognize the alternative educational approach via acquaintance and online media; 2.The Focus Group whose its children pursuing alternated educational approach in their pre-school level tends to better satisfying with its choice of schooling approach comparing to parents whose their children are pursuing the conventional approach; 3.Teaching methodology and quality of teachers rank highest among the primary factors for the decision making over educational approach; 4.The most critical supporting factor that encourages parents to send their children to the alternative educational approach is children’s pleasure and enjoyment; on the other hand, the suspicion in smooth transition to conventional primary educational system and children’s competitiveness are most concerned.
