The purpose of this research were to develop a virtual network model for multicultural classrooms to enhance knowledge construction and cultural awareness for graduate students and to study the result for using model of a virtual network for multicultural classrooms to enhance knowledge construction and cultural awareness for graduate students. The sample consisted of 153 administrators and instructors who teach in higher education and 21 graduate students who major in Educational Technology and Communications, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University and Prince of Songkla University. The research results were divided into two stages as follows: 1. A virtual network model for multicultural classrooms to enhance knowledge construction and cultural awareness for graduate students factors consisted of eleven factors: 1) Design of learning activities on a virtual network for multicultural classrooms, 2) Process of knowledge construction, 3) Scaffolding on virtual network for multicultural classrooms, 4) Support and management of virtual network for multicultural classrooms, 5) Factors causing of cultural awareness, 6) Administration and management system on virtual network for multicultural classrooms, 7) Reinforcement in student’s behavior, 8) Interaction of students on virtual network for multicultural classrooms, 9) Students’ adoptation of cultural awareness on virtual network for multicultural classrooms, 10) Reflective tools, and 11) Communications tools. 2. The developed model consisted of four steps: 1) Preparing of a virtual network classroom, 2) Building up congeniality, 3) Adjusting equilibration and awareness for knowledge construction, and 4) Evaluating Learning results. The developed model consisted of three components : 1) people (Instructor, expert , and learner) , 2) Instructional media (inhancing culture awareness inhancing knowledge construction), and 3) Classroom Setting (traditional and online classrooms) 3. There were significant differences between pretest and posttest of knowledge construction scores and cultural awareness scores at the .05 level.
