The objective of this independent study titled “Feasibility Study for Project to Develop and Launch a Collectible Card Game for iPhone” is to investigate the feasibility of an investment in a Collectible Card Game for iPhone, as a game service provider. The feasibility study is divided into 3 parts: Managerial, Marketing and Finance. The information for the feasibility analysis was collected by using secondary data. The results show that this is currently an attractive industry for investment because it is in the embryonic stage with a high growth rate and the cost structure for most competitors is largely composed of only employee salaries for the development and service teams. The project requires only 1 million baht investment and it will reach the break-even point easily. The project has a payback period of 3 years or within 1 years and 9 months of going online, and the net present value is 383,083.47 Baht with an internal rate of return of 15% in the base case scenario. However, in the worst case scenario, this project has no payback period according to deficit, with a net present value of -1,696,417.21 Baht but cannot determine an internal rate of return. As of the above reasons, this project is feasible but should be operated with caution.
