The objective of this project is to evaluate the feasibility of a fresh coffee and smoothies business, collecting both primary and secondary data to consider the behavior of consumers and estimate the potential of this project. The feasibility study includes marketing, management and financing. From the questionnaire survey of 166 samples, regarding marketing analysis, the target customers are employees of nearby businesses who love to drink fresh coffee and smoothies during their work hours. The business should focus on variety and quality of products and service, as customers have the power to pay and taste is more important than price.
From the operational analysis, the location of the fresh coffee and smoothies business must be conveniently suited to the target group. Staff selection and training, equipment for the shop, to ensured quality of product and service and satisfy customer. For financial feasibility, the investment of 790,400 baht will payback in 1 year and 10 months. Net present value is 706,558 baht with internal rate of return 49.7%. It is feasible to invest in the fresh coffee and smoothies business.
