ABC Steel Company is a small enterprise which wholesale and retail of construction and structural steel. The company has operated since 1990 to offer the customers quality products and good services at great price. Currently, Thai economic is not only affected by uncertainty of political and natural disaster but also affected from the outside which is global economic crisis and expansion of Thai economic to the ASEAN economic in 2015. So it is essential to study the internal and external factors that might affect the company and plan to well prepare to handle the problem that might occur. This study attempts to develop strategies to create a sustainable growth for the company. The result of this study shows that the company should implement the Growth Strategy in Corporate Strategy by using 2 methods that are Market Penetration by increase salesperson to emphasize on the old target market and Market Development (which expand by establish new shop in the new area and increase the product line to diversified business risk). For business strategy, the company should implement board differentiation in one stop service and variety of good at a fair price. In the Functional strategy, the company should develop the information technology to improve the operation system to reduce redundant of work and to be the good platform for expand the business in the future.
