ส่วนประสมทางการตลาดของบริษัทในประเทศอินเดียที่รับจัดงานแต่งงานในประเทศไทยของชาวอินเดีย / พิมรภัส ชินบุตร = Marketing mix of Indian wedding organizers on wedding ceremonies in Thailand for Indians / Pimrapas Chinnabutra
The purpose of this research was to study marketing mix of Indian organizers on wedding ceremonies in Thailand for Indians. The sample size contained of : 1) a group of 50 Indian wedding organizers by purposive sampling. 2) a group of 196 Indian travel agents by accidental sampling and utilized Questionnaire as a tool to collect information. 3) 10 Thai travel companies who were specialized in organizing Indian wedding in Thailand by purposive sampling and used semi-structured interview. The collected information was analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, average, and standard deviation. Moreover, the marketing mix of Indian organizers on wedding ceremonies in Thailand for Indians were compared and categorized according to respondents’ profile, which were gender, age, education, position, duration of companies’ establishment, and type of business. All information was examined by t-test and analyzed by One Way ANOVA. In case of finding differences, their average would be tested in pair by LSD procedure. The research indicated that the 246 respondents of Indian wedding organizer companies and travel companies, most were male which was 65.85%, ages between 21-35 (48.78%), bachelor degree education (52.44%), working in operation level (54.07%), had been working in companies that had established more than 10 years (51.22%), travel companies (79.67%). The importance of criteria of marketing mix in terms of service was evaluated as the highest level in every aspect except supporting the market in high level. There was no difference in opinion of different gender and position for the criteria of marketing mix in terms of service, statistical significant level was 0.05. However, there were differences in opinion among age, education, duration of companies’ establishment, and types of business, at statistical significant level of 0.05.
