The purpose of this quasi-experimental research was to develop a brain exercise program to promote motor fitness and creativity of elementary school students. Samples in this study were 128 volunteer fourth grade students, allocated by the result of motor fitness and creativity tests into 2 experimental groups and 2 control groups with 31 subjects in each group. The experimental periods were 8 weeks with 2 days per week and 50 minutes per day. The inferential statistics was employed for hypotheses testing by using “T-test” at the level of the statistical significance at .05. It was found that: 1. A brain exercise program was validated with the index of congruence at 1.0 2. After 8 weeks, motor fitness and creative thinking of both experimental groups were better than before training at the significant level of .05. 3. After 8 weeks, motor fitness and creative thinking of both experimental groups were developed better than both control groups in all variables at the significant level of .05.
