การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมป้องกันการป่วยซ้ำของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน ก่อนและหลังได้รับสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว และเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมป้องกันการป่วยซ้ำของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน ระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว และกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี จำนวน 30 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 15 คน กลุ่มควบคุม 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ สุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมป้องกันการป่วยซ้ำของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท เครื่องมือทั้งหมดได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน และหาความเที่ยงของแบบวัดโดยสูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคได้ .82 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ใช้สถิติทดสอบค่าที (paired t-test และ independent t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คะแนนพฤติกรรมป้องกันการป่วยซ้ำของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนกลุ่มทดลองภายหลังได้รับสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว สูงกว่าก่อนได้รับสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. คะแนนพฤติกรรมป้องกันการป่วยซ้ำของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนกลุ่มทดลองภายหลังได้รับสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว สูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The objective of this quasi-expermental research were to study the relapse preventive of schizophrenic patients before and after using family psychoeducation and to compare relapse preventive behaviors of schizophrenic patients between the experimental group. Research sample consisted of 30 schizophrenic patents in community. Sample were 15 in experimental group and 15 in control group. The instruments were family psychoeducation program and relapse preventive behavor questionnaires. The two instruments were tested for content vaidity by 5 professional experts and the questionnaires were test for reliability. The reliability of the total questionnare was .82. Statistial techniqnes used in data anaysis were mean, standard deviation and t-test (paired t-test and independent t-test). Major findings were as follows: 1. The relapse preventive behaviors of schizophrenic patients in experimental group after using family psychoeducaton was significantly higher than before those who using family psychoeducation, at the .05 level. 2. The relapse preventive behaviors of schizophrenic patents in experimental group was significantly higher than control group, at the .05 level.
