The purpose of this descriptive reseach study was to explore human resource management in nursing organization, hospitals under Naval department during A.D. 2012 – 2016. The Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research technique was applied. The subject were 21 experts in nursing organization including chief administrator from Naval department, nursing administrators, nursing organizations, and administrative lecturers from Naval nurse collage. The results of this study were presented human resource management in nursing organization, hospitals under Naval department during A.D. 2012 – 2016 consist of 6 aspects as follow : 1) Planning of Human Resource Management ; Plan that has a high potential to attract medical personnel who are capable of high ability, and remain in the organization. 2) Recruitment of Nursing personnel ; Improving access to high-level executive positions in nursing care organization. 3) Development of Nursing personnel ; The development of nursing as a learning resource in the library.4) Evaluation of Nursing personnel ; The evaluation of information technology is an important tool in data collection and data analysis. 5) Retained of Nursing personnel ; The development of a clear pattern. And announced throughout the promotion and maintenance personnel, nurses who are capable of high. and 6) Career ladder of Nursing personnel ; A ladder for the Advancement of the profession of human health, according to the structure of the cover and job performance.
