This marketing plan is developed to present the marketing strategies of B.C.F. Grand Wood Co.,Ltd. The purpose of this study was to increase market share and also to employ effective marketing strategies to cope with the rapid growth of furniture business in Thailand. Currently there are many major players in the competitive market. In addition the customer requirements have changed a great deal in the past few years. They demand more assortments of product and services which determines the business directions of company business. The main objective of this special project is to provide the marketing guidelines for B.C.F. Grand Wood Co.,Ltd. The research was conducted by the survey with 275 questionnaires in order to understand consumer insight, attitudes, behaviors and the consumers’ criteria for buying furniture. The results were used to make a proper marketing plan for the company in order to respond to consumers’ needs. Moreover, the results were analyzed in order to develop marketing potentials and be able to meet the demands of customers as much as possible. The key marketing strategies are Integrated Marketing Communication Strategies which include varieties of these marketing tools such as Advertising, Public relation, Sales Promotion and Event marketing to create brand awareness and preference.
