The main purpose of this individual study is to develop and improve a business strategy plan for Sikarin Hospital for the year 2012. The plan will aim to strengthen the existing core business and to refine the hospital's human resource management and business operations in order to stay steps ahead in a competitive market. The author has studied relevant ideas and theories including performing analysis on internal and external factors, market structures, consumer demands, and the state of competitiveness in the industry. The author utilized a widely recognized model to turn research information and analysis into an effective business plan. All this in order to efficiently integrate Corporate Strategy, Business Unit strategy, and Operational strategy with the Business Feasibility in mind. The result of research and strategic planning showed that Sikarin Hopital possess a great potential to grow. Because the hospital expects the to have annual income growth rate of 12%, along with 15% growth rate on net profit during the year 2012 -2013, the hospital has to continue to deploy effective strategies.
