The purpose of this special project is to create a business plan for Organic Vegetable Farm. The business plan is including of marketing plan, operation plan and financial plan. In this study, the external environment analysis will help to define the threats and opportunities for the business while the internal analysis determined the strengths and weakness of the company. The results from this analysis were used to define the direction and strategy of the company along with marketing plan, operation plan and financial plan. During five years of this project, the farm will plant 5 types of salad with the yearly capacity of 23,134 kilograms or 482 kilograms per week, locate in NakhonRatchasima province. The products will be packed in 2 types- salad and ready to eat salad. The company will distribute the products via the supermarket. From the study results, found the payback period of 3.40 years, the internal rate of return (IRR) of 24.71% and the net present value (NPV) of THB 539,688
