This special project aims to study the opportunity and growth of the Nista bottled water business and also study management, production process, logistic, distribution, finance and marketing to set up a new business plan. The study began with conducting the data analysis of market analysis, including factors that reflect the growth of the bottled water business, the competitor analysis and their marketing strategies in order to create business strategies to achieve the objectives. According to the market research, it is found that the growth of bottled water business has been developed continuously. The results of internal factor analysis of Nista bottled water show the potential in business opportunity since the business will be continuously developing products to adapt differentiation strategy, reducing cost of production and distribution, expanding the distribution channel, creating marketing events, and building up brand awareness. Furthermore, setting up an organization structure, production process development, human resource management, and financial planning would also promote the competitive advantage. Lastly, the result of financial analysis shows that the company could have capability to do the business and has acceptable payback period and earns the return which is higher than expected.
