Nowadays, the health and beauty industry has a rapid growth and intense competition. In the past, the company has not created or implemented any marketing plans. Therefore, in order to increase total sales and apply appropriate marketing activities for current situation and competitive environment, The Body Fit Skin and Slimming Center plan to create and formulate the marketing plan for implementing in year 2012. The marketing plan includes analyzing both external and internal factors related to company as well as analyzing company’s competitors and studying consumer behavior. The company plans to apply Market Penetration strategy by focusing on marketing promotion through advertising and PR. Also, emphasizing on building good relationship with existing customers so they can share their experiences to others and planning to use a result of consumer behavior surveys to set a company marketing mix strategy to achieve the marketing objectives which is to increase total sales of company products and services for year 2012 not less than 15%, to increase new customers and maintain existing customer, and also to build brand awareness and customer recognition. Finally company will control and assess the plan by building marketing control plan, contingency plan and marketing budget in order to work on the marketing plan effectively and accomplish all marketing objectives
