To study internet use behavior, media literacy and self-defense behavior against privacy right violation among the internet users in Thailand. This study also compares the relationship between internet use behavior, media literacy and self-defense behavior against privacy right violation and compares differences in media literacy and self-defense behavior against privacy right violation of various people. The samples were 449 internet users in Thailand. Questionnaires were used for data collection through internet. The results of the research indicates the internet users age under 18 years old, the internet users at the lower secondary education level, the students and the internet users' income less than 5,000 baht/month have lower self-defense behavior against privacy right violation than the elder users, working people and the high income internet users. The results of hypothesis are as follows: 1. Internet use behavior is not correlated with media literacy. 2. Media literacy is not correlated with self-defense behavior against privacy right violation. 3. Differences in sex revealed differences in media literacy except age, occupation, education and income. 4. Differences in age, occupation, education and income revealed differences in self-defense behavior against privacy right violation except sex.
