The Objective of this independent study is to study the feasibility of Chinese restaurant in modern style ‘Little China’ in ‘Vue’ community mall by the River on Charoennakorn Road. The Project studied the feasibility in marketing, operational and financial aspect. Including the strategies for manage the Chinese restaurant modern style business. According to marketing feasibility study and customer trends’ analysis of eating out were high. The survey results of 100 responds had indicated that factors affect on choosing restaurant was the taste, the quality of food and good service. That could be applied to approach the operation for giving value and satisfy to customers. For operation feasibility, the project has set management form and operation for effective in working and service to meet customer needs by training and development of personnel under supervision of restaurant manager. For financial analysis, the project has total investment of 3 million baht in 5 years operation. The net present value is 2.1 million baht, internal rate of return of project is 58% and the payback period of 1 year and 7 months. Therefore this project has good return. In conclusion, the project of opening Chinese restaurant ‘Little China’ in ‘Vue’ community mall by the River is attractive and feasible for investment.
