The objective of this independent study project is to study the feasibility of opening a Vegan/Vegetarian Restaurant with Fusion style, which is located on Liabklong Taweewattana Road, Taweewattana District, Bangkok. The study consisted of the situation analysis from the secondary data, the primary data of the market and management analysis from the interview of a number of restaurant owners, and from a questionnaire survey to analyze the feasibility based on Marketing, Management and Finance point of views. The results of the study show that there are possibilities from these three points and also found that there are 2 interesting business issues which are: 1. The Marketing analysis from the Five Forces Theory; the substitute is the most powerful over this industry, therefore, we need to use the Different Strategy to make our restaurant distinguished and unique, provide the competitive advantage. 2. The Financial analysis; we estimate the amount of the base year investment at 4,095,810 baht. The Net Present Value (NPV) and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) are used to measure the investment interesting. The result show that the project is interesting as the positive value of NPV at 1,677,867.28 baht, the IRR at 24.11% which is higher than the expected rate of the project, and the Payback Period of 3.07 years. Moreover, the variable of sales is approximately 2.3 times sensitive to the return of the project than the variable of cost. The appropriate strategy to this sensitivity is the Growth Strategy which is focus on Product Development and Market Penetration to retain the existing customers and reach more new ones.
