The Objective of feasibility study of Steak and Grills Restaurant, a home-made western food, in Muang District, Mukdahan Province, was to study the possibility for investment in restaurant. Currently, most people change their dietary behavior. The changing behavior has shown that more people have breakfast, lunch or dinner in restaurant. The study analyzed on marketing, operations and financial aspect. The marketing survey collected the primary data from questionnaire to the prospective customers of Steak and Grills Restaurant have 25-40 year age group, people who earn up to 10,000 and residents in Muang District, Mukdahan Province. Base on the operation analysis, the result of the study had shown that Steak and Grills Restaurant is a medium size restaurant that has 10-12 tables (for 35-40 persons) and hires 10 employees. In Purchasing, fresh, frozen, dried and other materials must have certification as GMP, GAP, HACCP and FDA. The result of the financial analysis showed that the study demonstrated the feasibility of investment in Steak and Grills Restaurant in Muang District, Mukdahan Province, because the analysis of the data showed satisfactory results project will be terminated by 5 years after opening; Payback Period with in 1 year 5.77 months, Net Present Value (NPV) is 2,842,286 discount rate 12.88% and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 47%
