Abstract This project’s objective is to formulate a business plan for vegetarian instant frozen food by analyzing competitors, consumer behavior and environment. Even though there is high competitive in vegetarian instant frozen food industry, there is some space for market share for vegetarian instant frozen food because it’s a healthy product. It’s a business opportunity starting by outsourcing manufacturing and open new marketing channel start from vegetarian industry restaurants around Bangkok, metropolis and central provinces. The company will start selling 5 menus included Brown rice with fried basil and fish ball, Fried rice with grains, Brow rice with paneang curry, Brown rice with roast duck red curry, Brown rice with chicken green curry. Every menus will made from brown rice that has more health benefit for make competitive differentiation from ordinary products. The company expected to invest 2.9 million THB. And expected to have 1.9 million THB income from selling target 427,000 boxes in the first year. The company also expected 10% increase in sales revenue every year and will pay back period within 2.3 years. IRR is 42.41% and NPV is 2.89 million THB.
