การยอมรับเข้าทำงานของผู้บริหารต่อผู้พ้นโทษหญิงที่ได้รับการฟื้นฟู : ศึกษากรณีโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ / สิทธิภา โลจายะ = Acceptance of chief executive officers to employment of rehabilitated female ex-convicts : a case study of factories of Samutprakarn Province / Sittipa Lojaya
The purpose of this study is to explore the acceptance of chief executive officers within Samutprakarn province to employment of rehabilitated female ex-convicts. The research adopted both qualitative and quantitative methods, namely, questionnaire, in-depth interview of 10 Chief Executive Officers as well as other 230 management officers to gain needed information. The research discovered that most Chief Executive Officers saw that rehabilitated female ex-convicts did not differ from others applicants. They showed some sympathies and would like to help these female ex-convicts because these people were not "born criminals". The executives had high hope that these ex-convicts could adjust themselves to new environments without causing any troubles. They could work with other people if the society provided them more opportunities and acceptance. The lesser labeling and blaming on these people, the lesser chances for these people to put back on trial. It is therefore Thai society should offer these people more opportunities and give them new life and hope in order for them to go back on track.
