The business plan of “A-Cocoa” chocolate café is a feasibility study of chocolate beverage business. The secondary data were gathered from related research and academic papers. The primary data were surveyed questionnaire to determine the factors that are benefit. From the study found that chocolate consumption in Thailand has grown continuously at 10 – 15% per year. The chocolate consumption per capita in Thailand is very low comparing to western countries. Thus, increasing chocolate consumption can be tremendous. The main factor for chocolate consumers is the taste. Our main target group is students, age between 15 - 25 years who passion for the taste of chocolate and looking for a unique chocolate drink. “A-Cocoa” strategy is to make the different menus with our expertise in cocoa and chocolate drinks. We are the chocolate café brand that offers delicious and various chocolate drinks. From the operation cost and financial feasibility, this project will have payback period approximately 1 year 3 months, Net present value (NPV) is 3,560,179.17 baht and internal rate of return (IRR) is 87% within 5 years. This value can be supported that this project is feasible with high potential for success. Furthermore, good marketing strategy, operation management, financial management and competitive strategy is essential.
