The purpose of this individual study is to study the feasibility to use e-commerce system for management in apartment for rent to add value in apartment service to response more customer need to develop competitive advantage in business. This feasibility is study and planning to start up business at Assumption University Suvarnabhumi Campus. After studied about market and competition the creator found demand to live in apartment for rent is higher than number of apartment for rent. Thus in this area has market opportunity to investment. Millenniallife Apartment is 8 floors building.It has 247 rooms and 6 rooms to shoping or other service and The building use 15 months to construction. The project will be build with total investment cost of baht 146,370,930 that sources of fund derive from shareholders for baht 87,822,558 and bank loan for baht 58,548,372. This project use 20 years of project life to evaluate investment, net present value (NPV) is baht 9,208,752.19, internal rate of return (IRR) 7% with payback period 10.5 years.Thus the conclusion of this project study is attractiveness to investment and should use e-commerce system because it a little bit to invesment in e-commerce system but system can add value to apartment customer to more comfortable and to develop Millenniallife Apartment has a competitive advantage in the future.
