TThe purpose of this study was to examine the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees at WFS -PG Cargo Company Limited and the relationships between personal factors and level of satisfaction, and between personal factors and organizational commitment. This research study was a survey research using questionnaire as instrument to collect data. Sample of this study consisted of 198 employees of the WFS -PG Cargo Company. The data were analyzed by Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation by SPSS (Statistic Package for Social Science). The results of the study showed that: 1.Employees were most satisfied with their supervisors and least satisfied with work process. In terms of organizational commitment, the level of affective commitment was rated the highest and the normative commitment was rated the lowest. 2.Personal factors, i.e. gender, age, job position, and department working in the WFS -PG Cargo Company were found to be related significantly with job satisfaction; age and job position were found to be related significantly with organizational commitment
