The growth of data communication network and smart phones make people accessing the high speed internet more convenient. In Asia countries, Japan is the leader of the technology that results in the continuing growth of online shopping. The highest average revenue in Asia of the Japanese makes the online market more interesting. We know that the Japanese are interested in art and handmade goods that we see the opportunity to start online business in Japan market with the products, especially handmade bags that we are the expert that can provide high quality and variety of handmade bags. The objective of this special project is to propose marketing plan to introduct handmade bags to Japanese online market. We will study customers’ behavior and online shopping behavior of handmade bags customers to create marketing strategy that suits with target customers, handbags types and effective market channel.
