The purpose of this research was to develop professional standards of sport administrators for Department of Physical Education by using Delphi technique. Questionnaires were administered to gather opinions from 20 experts who had knowledge and experience in the administrations. The data were collected by open-ended questionnaires in the first round and the five point scale rating close-ended questionnaires in the second and the third round. Subsequently, the opinions were calculated to find median, interquartile range and absolute value of the difference between median and mode in order to conclude the experts consensus. The statement criteria employed as a development of professional standards of sport administrators for Department of Physical Education were the median value was equal to or more than 3.50 in value, the interquartile range was equal to or less than 1.50 in value and the absolute value of the difference between median and mode was equal to or less than 1.00. From the research, it was found out that the details of the development of professional standard of sport administrators for Department of Physical Education could be divided into three standards, 148 items were; 1.Standard of knowledge, the experts had high to highest level of mutual agreement with 45 items, 4.00-4.88 in median, 0.53-1.29 in interquartile range and 0.00-0.62 in absolute value of the difference between median and mode. With general knowledge and qualifications of bachelor degree or more of sport administration by Department of Physical Education, general sport knowledge, sport administration, leadership skill, strategic of sport management, human resource management and sport activity supervision, financial management and sponsorship, public relations and communication management and internal and external organization management. 2.Standard of performance, the experts had high to highest level of mutual agreement with 84 items, 3.88-4.79 in median, 0.04-1.44 in interquartile range and 0.04-0.67 in absolute value of the difference between median and mode. With general knowledge of sport fundamental, sport management, leadership skill, strategic of sport management, human resource management and sport activity supervision, financial management and sponsorship , public relations and communication management and internal and external organization management. 3.Standard of conduct, the experts had highest level of mutual agreement with 19 items, 4.67-5.00 in median, 0.50-1.08 in interquartile range and 0.00-0.33 in absolute value of the difference between median and mode. With general knowledge of ethical leadership, ethical professional, personality and vision development, discipline, morality, responsibility, punctuality, good personality, human relations, tolerance, good governance, sacrifice, determination, good spirit, creativity, service mind, adjustment, courtesy and intention.
