This Special Project was conducted to study the satisfaction, behavior and factors influencing the selection of rental services for the Computer Center(Data Center Service) of the O-Bee One Company limited by In-depth interview with customers. The information collected was analyzed and applied for the preparation of a strategic marketing plan for the rental data center The study found that the company do not have the marketing of the Data Center Service and do not follow up customer, to provide information and publicity of the services have little to no marketing plan as well. The customer service is what I ask myself. Customer care is not good enough. The proposed strategic marketing plan for the rental data center has the option to add more than the current strategy. The strategy for marketing should be used with the business in maturity stage is the focus strategy, renew strategy and strategic marketing mix such as a competitive pricing strategy, product differentiation strategy, or integrated marketing communication. The implementation of various strategies is expected to help increase sales and result in better customer management.
